It was many years ago when Lucy first came to the store. I was shocked and star struck! When she started to talk, the ice melted right away because I could feel how gentle, warm and nice she is, other than being stunningly beautiful. I am good with these things. I have a good sense of knowing how people are and Lucy was surely up there in my top 10 list.
